Huh? Turbo Calculator doesn't have anything to do with any particular type of car...it's a software tool to aid one to choose proper turbocharger.

There are lot's of compressor maps at their site as well:

I didn't see a map for the K27 or any other popular Porsche turbos.

Yeah, but if you need Turbo Calc to choose "proper" turbocharger to your 911 then you are probably looking for something else but KKK K27, otherwise you wouldn't need the software at all, right

For some weird reason, K27 and 3DLZ compressor maps are very very hard to find.

911 engines typically require a lot more flow than what these automated Turbo Calclualtor software tools recommend. Try "upsizing" the recommended configurations by two sizes

However, the Turbocalculator WEB site does have some awesome prices on various Turbo's and offer a wide range of configurations to choose from also.

I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them, as long as you understand that some of their turbo's are remanufactured units, and others are new.

You are responsible for making the appropriate turbo selection for your application.

I purchased the turbo calculator. It's a great interactive planning tool.
You can make various assumptions and see the potential impact on HP.
For example, assumptions regarding Intercooler or no intercooler or pressure drop over intercooler.

Besides the compressor maps that they had on their site, what I found that was of the most interest was this link to a calculations page.

http://www.gnttype.org/techarea/turbo/turboflow.html

Very well done.

No, when I saw they didn't have trial software and didn't share any of the compressor maps that aren't available elsewhere I forgot about them. Could be a good tool, but you can also use turbofast.com.au java calculators, and plot the data points on your own compressor maps if they don't have the maps you need.
