Clutch pedal feels 'jittery' after warmup.
My clutch pedal feels firm when the car starts and through casual driving, but when I shift more often the pedal starts to feel has bumpy/jittery/unsmooth. I always push the pedal to the floor and the car shifts normally. Any ideas?

Usually, the "jittery" feelings are from contamination of the clutch, often oil or fluid of some kind. Someone else will have to address the warm vs. cold problem though....
Not much help -Chris

TO bearing?
If the clutch pedal is vibrating when not engaged, the throwout bearing is shot.

Is it bumpy while depressing the pedal and releasing?
I had this problem and it was a bad clutch cable, which had worn into/through the telflon casing. I believe that was caused by not keeping the cable adjusted properly, allowing constant tension on the cable and the eventual wear. The cable was catching/binding on the casing.

I have a hydraulic clutch mechanism, not a cable system. The engine was resealed (including new rings, head and base cyl. gaskets, …) in January this year. The clutch plates and flywheel weren’t replaced this time, but the release fork, shaft and release bearing were replaced.
The problem is not constant. It comes and goes. It has a funny feeling as if a pump assist isn’t working correctly or like when anti-lock brakes take control. It seems to occur most often when I shift frequently over 15-20 minutes. I didn’t feel it at all today.

Everything seems fine. I probably was imagining it happening.

Check the clutch release lever or auxiliary spring bushings.
BTW do either of you guys have the infamous exploding rubber center clutch?
