Pelican rocks, again!

I called today to check on the status of a parts order. Not a great big order, just a few hundred bucks worth.
I was told that everything was ready except for one tool that looked like it was going to be backordered.
The order was over a week old so I was ready to tell him to forget the tool and ship everything else, when he told me that I would recieve all the parts except the tool tomorrow, and I could go to autozone and buy the tool for less money that I was going to spend at pelican!
Howz that for honesty and service?

Sure they lost a couple bucks of profit on the tool, but they kept me happy and earned another order as soon as I figure out what I need next.
I saved some money and time, they will end up getting more business from me. everybody wins.

No, I will not tell you what tool it is you can get at autozone cheaper

Now I can start putting my engine back together.
All I need is an excuse to go home sick so I can get after it
