$2500? For that price I could get a full sized E motor which looks mechanically the same, sounds better and can really move a 911.
Definitely a cool excersise in model making though! I'd give it an 8.75 with a 10 being the fully functional model of Ferrari 312 race car with the working internal combustion flat 12.

Gee, only $2500? Maybe I can also find a 1/8 scale 73 911E to run it in. And a mini-me to drive it!

Those scale motors are very difficult to find. But John's got me thinking! Buy a crapped out 911 engine, have it 'cosmetically' restored and add it to my office collection ..... and my wife thought the TAG engine block and Porsche skis were a bit over the top.
