Lowering the 75 911S
Hello, I am trying to lower the 75 911S. I did search this topic but didn't find many helpfull ones at all.
I realize that I have to crank out the #19 bolt, but how by how much? When I had my car on the lift, we noticed that the threads are not visible so i am not sure how much can it be cranked out. The car still has a pretty big gap at the front. Or maybe I was looking at the wrong bolt... but i am pretty sure i wasn't. Also, what about the rear? What needs to be done for lowering it? Thank you! ![]() |

Are you trying to lower just the front or both the front and back?
Either way, for the front you may have to re-index the # 18 piece, then crank down some more. After you get the car to the desired hiegth, don't forget to re-align it. |
