Angry what do these symptoms sound like to you?

Hey all, I just changed the oil last week after i hit 2k on my rebuild. some odd things have started to happen.

1) Hard acceleration then let off gas and let the engine decel = bubbly reverb from exhaust like not all fuel is being burned.

2) smell of gas on hard accel

3) muffler seems louder than usual

What do you all think? My gas mileage is getting worse now... i dont know if that has anything to do with it. Maybe its running too rich??

Anyone with similar problems please help me out here!

All those (1,2,3) sound typical of running rich.

I would check the following:

1) Sticking CIS plunger/air sensor plate.

2) Cold and warm control pressures and the system pressure (CIS).
