That car is one of my favorite POC race cars. The owner/driver's name is Chris Wiles, he is a nice guy. He told me that he was going to paint it a different color, then decided to "make lemonade"....
I have a couple of pictures of it from Streets of Willow last year, if you look closely you can see, "Driver has no cash" on the roof........
