1969 911E driver 99% of the time. What upkeep is needed for the "inactive" cars?
The 911E has been the exclusive driver for close to a month now (due to great weather). What precautions (upkeep) should be done on the non-Porsche car(s) that sit idle in the garage? Note: these others are for winter and poor weather driving basicially.
Thanks.

1) Drive them once a month or so.
2) If they are going to sit a really long time (say 6 months or more) put some gas preservative (I forgot what the stuff is called right now) in the tank to keep the fuel from going bad.

John is right but I would also add it should be driven at least 50 miles per month with one trip of at least 20 miles (to get fully warmed up).

Yep, get it out for a monthly stretch. More often if conditions permit.

Fuel stabilizer is the usual name for what John is talking about.

Put some Stabil in the tank if you are planning on having the car sit for awhile.
