Fuchs

Is the inside of the Fuchs wheel supposed to be black (anodised) or not?

Tried to clean the inside from dirt and brakedust with some wheelcleaner, but it stayed black. With some effort the black disappeared, but now I'm wondering if I was removing the anodised layer?
