I’m guessing ID hijack. Every one of the seller’s other items are in Australian currency, yet this one is $US.

The hijacker is restricting bidding to pre-approved people to bypass the ebay system. I bet if you email there’s going to be some story like “I am jonson and locates in Guetemala and the vehicl is but in Morocco, but shipping is to be included for you Sir. If you will be wire me the $15,000 now I will end auction”.

Your $20,000 if you send money.

I asked the seller a question too. I'd fly out with cash if this weren't a scam!

I think he might have missed a zero (0) as in $200,000 or its stolen or he is already going to jail and needs bail money.

I've actually bought some R/C stuff off this guy in the past and can personally vouch that he's one of the best ebayers around. That said, I think his profile would have to have been hijacked.

There is also a Lotus Elite that is located in the EU but has Pennsylvania plates in the pictures, they guy has a buy it now of $5000. Scams are getting to be more coomon and E-Bay doesnt do anything
