111 953 227 D Flasher Relay

I am thinking this could well be the source of my blinker issue. I see it listed in PET, but with no indication of where it is located. I have crawled under the dash as good as I can, but have been unable to spot it.

I'm pretty sure, at least on my car, you have to go in from the trunk and it is on the driver side tucked underneath near the back of the gauges. It's a small black box sitting there and that is the flasher relay. Will try and get a pic and show you what I mean.

I looked in the trunk, but on my 964 the ac evaporator and such blocks any entrance from there. I could see one relay over close to the left side pillar. Apparently it was the dash light dimmer.

Im just really confused, on the 89 and 90 models it was right in the central electrics, marked and easy to get to. However for the 91 models it moved to somewhere, and I cant find out where.

Just an update.. I found this part, with guidance from Rich on Rennlist. It was in the center console. I dont know why it would be there, but it is. All is good now, well except my wipers :)
