Alternative heating?
I am in the process of having a set of early 70's Recaros re-upholstered, and was wondering if these seat warmers isn't a viable option, given that I will also be upgrading to a performance exhaust, and thus lose the heat-exchangers?
Also, anybody out there that's done business with JEG's in the past willing to comment on their experience? Thanx! Willem Fick Johannesburg, South Africa |

Why do you want to retain heating? I live in the same climate and in 3 years, have used the heating once or twice.

I'm looking at adding those to my 944, which is my winter driver, but I haven't recieved them yet. Hoping to complete the project by the end of November. I've found positive testimonials for the seats using Google, but not for the company you reference.

LeRoux, nice to see a local on this board!
I have to admit that I don't use the heater in my car all that much either, but it is still really nice to have one when you need it! My car is furthermore destined to become my daily runner, which means that there will be no escape from our cold Highveld winter mornings!
