You tell me, what's going on here? (906 for sale)
This from an insurance and recovery firm?
![]() Here's their story. Oh, BTW, it looks like I missed a roadster. See the car above this one in the Porsche inventoryhere. Last edited by Zeke; 10-20-2004 at 07:11 PM.. |

If you look further down the list on that link there's a 97 twin turbo that someone's taken a baseball bat to ... just about enough to make you cry. They didn't miss a panel either ...

They've had that car for quite some time now (I'd say over a year) I contacted them 6 or so months ago to get the skinny and I'm, still waiting for a reply........

Supply and demand don't meet at whatever the price is that their asking. Basically, no one wants to pay what their price or they really don't want to sell it. No great mystery. I see it all the time with Porsches.

It is very odd that the 906 (chassis # 135) is listed on their site as it is currently up for sale in the UK (where it is road-registered) for £325,000 ($595,000).

Milt,
This would be a good backup driver in case the S isn't done for the New Years day Run. ![]() |

I do like the 906 over the 904. But, don't you worry, the Raggamuffin will ride in 2005! |
