With a Harbor Freight aluminum "NASCAR" jack and an 18V cordless impact, that job probably took 5 minutes total. If they had 1/2 a brain they would have just taken the whole car, or at least the brakes "while they were in there".
Wheel thefts are rare when it's so much easier and quicker to just boost the whole car. I'll bet that guy (or gal) valet parks that thing 5 times a week, minimum.
