The rack spacer and ERP kits are only a best-guess solution (the latter being a better estimate) w/o further measurements. However, the pros know better and track toe changes with a setup that includes a bolt-on plate and dial indicator (there may be more up-do-date methods).
For a discussion on measuring and eliminating bump steer, refer to the following books: "Race Car Engineering and Performance" (1992 edition), Paul Van Valkenburgh (page 32). "How to Make Your Car Handle", Fred Puhn. Although quite ancient (1976), the homebuilt bump steer gauge on page 89 is useable but not nearly as good as the one shown in Van Valkenburgh's book. While overkill for a street car, the text is quite good in describing the benefits of achieving 0 toe change.
