The Duck has landed!

The Duck arrived back in Dallas on Friday all safe and sound. I gotta give Kudos to Concours Transport and especially to driver Nevelle Mitchell for fast delivery with absolutely no hassles. He delivered mine and wifes car in exactly the same condition as when they were loaded. In fact, after they were loaded on the truck, they were't moved or shuffled. Thanks Mitch and Fred!

tucked in for the ride. Hey Mitch!

Too bad Mitch didn't do a nice smoky burnout for the camera!
Just kidding.
Sounds like a good transport company. Thanks for the tip.

Hey, Paul,
It was $2650 for the 2 cars. It would have been $1500 for one, about $2 - 300 more than other carriers but well worth it I thought. These guys are used to carrying very expensive cars and it was a no BS deal.

Just curious, were you moving and had them ship the cars? I love the first picture with the speed limit sign reflection on your door panel.

Glad to hear you and yours (wife and car) made it back safe. I'm sorry that I won't get to see you again. I moved back to Hell, Michigan 2 weeks ago so we can be closer to my wifes parent who are having health problems. It's all good, a new house with a garage and a new job with ADP.

Jim,

Welcome back to Michigan! You'll love the roads out around Pinckney/Dexter/Hell, they're great for the Porsche. We live in Wyandotte and enjoy taking the car out for Sunday drives in your neck of the woods.

Thanks Art. I plan to take my SC for a few spins down Hankard Rd before putting her away for the winter.

Mark,
Glad to hear your move went without a hitch. Kinda nerve racking waiting for the car to be delivered. It's been almost a year since you and island911 looked at mine and I had my delivery. 1,000,000 thanks.
A little warmer in the big D as well?

Tim
