993 third brake light

how do you remove the third brake light to get to the bulbs?

it is the strip of lights on the rear deck lid.

are you talking about the basket-handle with the third brake light?? ( on'95 models, and all 993 convertibles and targas)

if so, the shop manual shows two screws going up through the bottom of the basket handle to hold the light fixture.

yes that is the ligfht that i am talking about. i am going to look for the two screws now thanks.
