strut damage
I'm the guy who ran over a chunk of metal on I-80 and mangled both wheels on passenger side.
After installing temp wheels, I noticed front right wheel camber is way off. I'm guessing that I bent a strut, but is it possible that there is more extensive damage? For instance, is it possible that the mounting location at the top of the fender was damaged from the impact of the strut bottoming? Oddly, the car drives perfectly straight with no shimmy despite the severity of the hit and the camber problem. |

Anything is possible, but it's usually just a bent strut, tie-rod, and/or less commonly, a bent balljoint shaft or control arm.
