To get in on the deal, you must be logged into ebay. Go to ebay, and search for "Valvoline" or something car related. The offer will be one of the banner ads generated.

Not here...best bet is to go to ebay motors as described above, wait for the banner to show. I've seen it pop up a lot when searching tools...
