In my quest for a CV that I could not kill, I came across a source for 934 CV's.
These are the same bolt pattern as 930 CV's but the flange size is bigger and they use bigger ball bearings. These are German Lobro units that are disassembled, the cages are replaced with Chrome-Molly cages, and the friction surfaces are polished. They are good for 1000hp+ Price: $310 Source: http://www.vwparts.net ask for Norm / Greg / or Bennie Boy They also have 300m shafts that are comparable in power rating. Thanks Todd

If you want ot go cheaper ( non lobro ) then you can get the EMPI parts to build your own 934 CV's here :
http://www.dansperformanceparts.com/buggy/susp/buggysusp%20IRS.htm They will however require different flanges or adaptors, plus you will need the boots and shafts.. Thanks Todd
