Durrant Mirror?

Hello
Any idea where I can find a Durrant mirror (round side view mirror)for a 1971 911?

No one seem to have them in stock?

If anyone know who has them in stock please let me know

Thank You for your responses

I am not sure but I think that Porsche has released a new series of vintage round mirrors for older cars. My friend has a '73 and he has bought some chrome round mirror recently. He obtained it from a Porsche dealer in Dresden...

Well, you maybe find some info on the german porsche site www.porsche.de, if you won't be successful tell me and I contact him for the exact location on their web. I am sure they can send you one to the US...

I had one that I sold on Ebay a month or two ago. They show up there fairly regularly. You just may have to wait a few weeks before you show up.

I thought they were chrome...you can get anodized black? The SL mirrors look cool too.

jtkkz 11-28-2004 06:21 PM

Yes, they do offer flat black talbot mirrors

nostatic 11-28-2004 06:49 PM

how heavy are they, and how is visibility? If they are light could be a great swap for electric flags.

jtkkz 11-28-2004 06:54 PM

visibility is good, mine is the 4" mirror
concerning lightweight , well it is very lightweight thats for sure.
