They used to do that every year during the Watkins Glen Vintage Festival in held Sept in this parking lot behind one of the only restaruants in "downtown" Watkins Glen. Only the tiny cars (MGs, Minis, Lotus, etc) would show up because the course was so small and tight. No way a Mustang or Vette could ever do it - well anyway.

I haven't been to the Glen in 4-5 years so I don't know if they still do it.
