Similar request, can someone modify this picture to have polished paddles, aka early car style, fuchs on it? And if it's not too much to ask, also very early car fuchs where the there is only black paint around the lug nuts and it's mostly aluminum. Thanks in advance!

Do you have one of these wheels to work with currently? what is your plan to modify? Do you know what he did to modify those? On another thread it looked like he "ovaled" the hole and made a little moon shaped spacer to take up the space.

Let me know what you would charge to modify a second set for me at the same time :-))

I think they look pretty cool. I wonder if the deep dish rear wheel would work on the back of an SC flared car?

Lombard, If you do a search on Bullitt Wheels you'll find the original thread about that car. There's a link to the Early S website. I believe LA Porsche modified the wheels for the owner, I'm not sure how. I have a friend who owns a tire & wheel shop here in Grand Rapids and he has a set of these wheels off his daughter's mustang that I can probably get inexpensively. I need to figure out the offset issues and then decide how to approach it. I'm also going to look into whether or not someone makes an adapter or can make an adapter to make these wheels a bolt-on affair without mods to the wheels. Needless to say these would be road wheels only and I'd use fuchs for any track work.

Thanks I will check it out. Let us know your progress. I am with you on the street only thing - I would do the same. I cant see why a spacer with new studs would not work...it may be an offset issue and that is why he had the wheels modified.

I did some checking on spacers, and there's a place in CA that specializes in custom spacers/adapters. The only problem is they're too thick to allow the wheel to fit on a stock body car. I'm probably going to do either an ST or RSR conversion on my body, so I may be able to make these work.
