Identify this part # please

I found these in the garage. They must have been in the boot before I took the engine out - 1 1/2 years ago. Anyway here is the number- I have two of them: 964.555.851.00

Thanks

According to the Part Number lookup/search at the top of the page it is a Rear Luggage support.

I see. Anybody know where it mounts or how it's to be used?

Hmm.. wonder why they were in the 911. There is no rear luggage rack for a 911 right?

not near as cool as the old rack, but possibly the part you are looking for- a bracket that holds the rear seat -delete package tray. (part 11 )

911-M5, I was pulling your leg.

If Max's diagram doesn't answer the question perhaps a description or a pic would help.

Lol Rick. Jokes on me! Didn't know any better. Max you are right. I have the rear seat delete and the P.O. never fastend it down. Now I know what to do to secure it.

Thanks
