ny pelicans...help!

As my 911 is put away for the winter. The winter car 89 mercedes 300 se now badly needs a head gasket because of leaking oil.
Anyone in the ny/ct area know how to do this on a MB?
I am a decent DIY mechanic, but, I really need help on this one!

I will provide beer/ pizza/ music/ women....etc...
Thanks guys. Ken

Ken,

The Haynes manuals for various Mercedes models have always been good ... if there is one available for your model, I suspect it would be worth $20 to get one locally.

Ken, There are quite a few very seasoned MB techs on the site I provided. You'll do well there.

If not let me know and I'll shoot a couple of PMs out for you.

Rick,
I have found some good info there, but no clear guidance for the steps to do the gasket..... or additional things to look to change.... you know, while I'm in there.
