Hey there,
I've been away awhile. Still haven't solved my dying issue. Now my turbo won't start at all. Turns over, but no go. Should my two fuel pump relays under the hood be black or red? I'm trying to order new ones and don't know which ones to get. Right now it has black. Red seems to be what pelican is offering for my year. Thanks, Steve |

Red is correct for fuel pump relays

I've noticed that these black relays were very hot during normal operation. I've had this problem since a hot summer traffic day. So, both relays should be red. That's where I'll start. Thanks.

Another semi-common mode of failure is the overboost relay. It's located in the engine compartment electrics panel and is a yellow rectangular unit.
It's not cheap but it seems more and more turbo owners are seeing this relay fail lately. Just another thought if the fuel pump relays don't solve the issue!

Thanks. I ordered two red relays from our host last nite. I'll see if that solves the problem. If not, it could be overboost relay, fuel pumps, etc.
