Thanks to all your posts regarding bleeding and replacing brake lines. I was apprehensive about needing a flare nut wrench but fortunate enough to get by (carefully) with open end wrenches instead. I think the relative low mileage (44k) and good care by previous owners helped alot. The Motive bleeder worked like a charm; I would highly recommend it to anyone. Anticipated the worst regarding spills (putting the bleeder in a plastic bag; surrounding everything to catch spills, using a golf tee in a spare overflow line). Instead, no spill issues. Like anything else, especially for the first time, just planning and taking the time to do it right pays off.
