Do spark plugs tell a story?

I recently posted about weber carb inconsistant so yesterday i pulled each plug to have a look. #1 tan #2 looked almost new no carbon very little anything. maybe loose or bad wire( 4+ yrs old)#3black tan #4 # black #5 black #6 black with oil on all threads.The plugs have 1000k and are bosch WR8s. engine 6K on 2.8L 9.5cr E cams webers ported intake 37mm .So what do you guys think it all means?

Possibly bad rings or weak igition going to the black plugs. Bad wires ect...With carbs may be diffeent..I don't deal w/ carbs
On my CIS I could pull two plug wires right out of the cap while running and the car would not change tune..New wires fixed the problem. Plugs were black on those cylinders.
