Never to c-c-cold for a c-c-cab!!
This guy has the Porsche spirit! The guage in my car was reading about 50 degrees, but it felt colder. This guy was prepared for 50 below!

That's cause a cab looks gay with the top down and windows up!! ;) |
he *should* be made a Dorki.... that's hardcore, unless the top broke and he's on his way to get the fix done he he
|
he's one of those who NEVER put up the top
|
I'd like to know how he can see with that hood on
|
That is one dedicated Porsche driver!

95 South?? East coast??? Looks like a parking lot!! Are you sure he's moving?? 50 degrees....that isn't even cold. He probably didn't even have the heater on.
But that parka???? |
Maybe it was just stolen and didn't have time to put the top up.
Sorry I just made another pointless post. |
and those dice.... he needs a beating just for *having* those...
|
Hardcore fool!
|
Man you have it all wrong.
The top was sold on E-bay to help pay for the car. This guy doesn't need a top, he's got the hot dice and cabro. He also has a large container of Jim Beam Egg Nog. David Duffield |
46 F at 0630 hrs on the way to work this morning.....top down, sweater on, no hat.....NO HEAT....do it all the time....%^B
Of course it's only a fifteen minute commute....just enough to warm the engine and get the thermostat to open fully.... |
BTW....we had a nice cold front move thru yesterday....THIS the view I woke up to this morning ......http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1101769107.jpg

Life must be a real b1tch over there;) |
I so miss that, Mike. I'm a Gaucho in the high desert now...
|
that dude could probably cut glass with his nipples.
|
yeah Socal is beautiful these days...I could see the channel islands from Palos Verdes...the horizon was the crispest I've seen it in years
MJ |
I like it! I have a neighbor who drives his Cobra almost year round and there is no top to put up.
|
I got to watch the cold rain melt the last of the 8 inches of snow that I had in my yard from last week Wednesday. Thanks for reminding my how much winter sucks Mike, I really appreciate it!:p  :D
|
And this is the real reason you should look for a manual top Cabriolet.... HAHA!

That guy has good form, yet I fear he is but an amateur. I drove across the country last week in a 912 with no heat. His little commute was probably like 1/500th of my trip. I've been here for five days and I still can't feel my toes. I still give him two thumbs up for the form. Loving Porsches is a self-imposed disability we all share to some varying degree.
|
The guy looks like the UniBomber out getting some air in his brothers 911 on the way to a bombing.
|
...uh, are you supposed to put that black thingy in the back up when it's cold?
I LMAO because that guy is just like me! I just put a hat on, wear a jacket, and turn the heat ALL the way up. If I had wanted to drive with the top up, I would've just bought a coupe.:D -Scott |
mikez,
You gotta stop showing those pics of the islands or we won't have any place to park. ;) Nice view from your house BTW. |
driving topless is more fun in cold, but dry weather
espeacially when it snowed recently obviously , 15 C below zero is to much of a good thing but if it's 5 below , then you turn the heater to full good jacket and something to keep the scalp warm nice drive through a forest bit like skying , wind in your face and fresh air you don't wanna go above 60mph then , cause you will get windchill but a nice cruise is very fun in these conditions |
