How to fix this problem ?
 
I keep getting messages that my mailbox is full but it isn't! I have deleted messages, but still receive a notice that my box is full and people cannot send me messages. How do I fix that? Thanks. SmileWavy

you probably still need to delete "sent items". top right of the message page. click the arrow to the right of inbox.

Also copies message tracking should be deleted. Make sure to uncheck the box each time you send a PM if you don't want self copies or read messages.
