Anyone recognize these 3.2 headers for early car conversion?

I just went to check out the 3.2 I bought to put in my 69S and it has some unusual headers. Supposedly with these headers, the sport dual out muffler, and some yet to be determined chip, this engine puts out 224 RWHP.

Thanks guys - they are fairly unusual looking. Anyone know why they are so long?
