Value of '77 911S roller?

What is the approximate value of a '77 911S roller complete minus engine and transmission?

I'll be getting more details on this car this week. Currently it's a complete car but I want the drivetrain that's currently in the car. If I bought the car I will be pulling the drivetrain and then selling the complete roller.

Quote from seller:
"In the last 4 years, I have upgraded the suspension, replaced
bushings, shox, rebuilt calipers, alternator, wheel bearings, ball joints. Lots of records. Needs tires."

If I buy the car, how much money should I ask for the roller? It would be located in central Virginia and I'd like it to be a fairly quick sale.

Thanks for the help,
-Kaefer

TRE has a '78 roller for $4k, missing a few little parts, like a shifter, for example.
