Antenna question
Was there any reason for which side the antenna was installed on early pre-71 cars? I've got a 70 911 and a 68 912 with the antenna on the passenger side, a 68L and a 68 912 targa with it on the drivers side, was it just whichever side the antenna installer at the factory was standing on at the time or is there something more to it?

I think they were largely dealer installed.
