Tow hook brackets

Both my tow hook brackets are bent over to one side at about a 30 degree angle due to a minor shunt from a PO. I would like to straighten them out to and install a set of spoiler skid plates.

Has anyone accomplished this before who could share some pointers and can anyone instruct me as to the proper orientation for installing the skid plates if I can get that far. A photo would be great.

TIA,
Ralph
