WOW! 911 R's are worth that much? With the way the exchange rate is right now, that comes out to about $400,000! What's worth more, a 911 R or 911 RSR? Let's say both had about the same race history to even it out a little.

Keep in mind that they were also asking 305K Euros in April and no one stepped up with an open wallet. Just because someone is asking that price doesn't mean that is what the car is worth. The market is most likely down a little bit since the Americans may very well be shopping at home given the current exchange rate -- so take about 1/3 off of the available market of potential buyers.

I'd think a 911 R should be worth more than an RSR. There weren't many 911R's, but I think there were many more RSR's.

It's all about supply and demand, and for the R there's not much supply.
