Please help identify this part
 

There are two five pin plugs under the steering wheel. Does anyone know what they do?

They are electrical connectors. One is for the ignition sytem, the other is for the wipers (I think)
(If you change the ignition switch and accidently dislodge the ignition multiplug, you will spend an incredible amount of time trying to work out why it doesn't start. Ask me how I know...)

Actually, my car has been having tons of no start problems. I noticed the multiplug was out so I plugged it in not knowing what it was and haven't had a problem since.
