Humidity and painting
Hi,
I am getting ready to paint but am concerned that it is a bit drizzly outside, is that ok? The garage is closed and heated but no dehumidifier. Thank, David |

Humidity will have it's worst effects on your compressed air supply and paint gun. Use a filter/dryer/water trap and finish off the air with a new hose-end filter at the gun. Empty accumulated water in your compressor tank often.

I would try to wait a bit for nice weather, I see your in MA, if anything like MI you may have to wait a lot!! , moisture is bad bad bad, since its in a garage be carefull about tree pollen this time of the year too! I like to paint in the fall or winter if you can heat your booth, Are you doing the complete car or just some parts?
