Idle air screw on throttle body turned all the way in on my 76' s ?

Hello, you might want to restate your questions, IE what problems you are having with it or why this is an issue. Is the idle where it is supposed to be? Im not an expert but hopefully you will get someone who knows a think or two to chime in. Goodluck.

Also posting pictures helps get responses faster

Warm up and idle are all over the place.Changes with temp. too.Bought the car like that,its a76S with a 81 3.0.PO said that it had original inj. From my automotive exp. I don't think it should be turned in.

I doubt that the screw should be turned in all the way BUT, if you can you should first do some baseline items: Fuel filter, plugs, wires... Make sure the ICV is clean. If you can't do this, find someone who understands aircooled German. Have them give the car the once-over. After you've got that done, then start fooling with settings.

Im almost at whits end with this car.Was refered to FORMULA MOTORS in Astoria Queens, but hate to give up.As far as pics,I figured out what santa has for me!
