I think ST flares are just the same as the RS flares, which are very very similar to the SC/Carrera flares. People sell the rear quarter panels which you could use, and pelican also sells flares I believe.

I belive that's what jpnovak has done, RS flares, just hand beaten to give the "ST" look
I'll try and get some pics

ST flares are NLA... From anywhere.
the only way to get a similar look is by modification of another flare. You could widen an RS/SC/Carrera flare and change the lip profile by hand. I have also been thinking about cutting down an early turbo flare. The late turbo flare has a different shape. Here is the thread where I widened my Carrera flares by hand. Instant Pseudo ST flare.
