Wire question

I was wondering if any one knows the color of the brake wire going form fuse #1 to the brake switch them to the rear lights

I have the diagram, put i think that applys to 72, it woek in must case but nowI can find that wire.

so I have no brake lights , that is not good.

If you don;t know I pull the wire harness from a 73 and put ti in my 72

If you can't see it up front maybe look at the switch in the brakes.

any help would be great ,, pics tow

Thanks
DErek

Derek, The brake wiring will be as follows.

From upper fuse box #8 a green/blue wire goes to the switch on the pedal cluster. The other side of the switch goes to the rear light housings using a black/yellow wire. They will split and go through pin 5 on the 6 pole connectors on each rear fender well in the corners.

Check the switch on the brake cluster. Also the brake lights will only work with the key on.

Jamie,
THanks I been looking for the yellow and blabk to the switch and out.
I have not connected it yet because I could not find the wire going in to the switch.
