Cannot hear turn signals !

Only a minor problem with my baby!
When indicating the turn signals click but is very quiet.
Ive not driven any other 911`s so i dont know if this is the norm.
It woulnt normally bother me but my exhaust is getting louder and the cancelling is a bit off after fitting an aftermarket steering wheel.
cheers stu.

Light bulbs don't make sounds..not the one in your car :D

No really...if the aftermarket wheel install is not right, you might have to rotate the plastic piece that cancels the T-signal..you did remove the plastic from your stock wheel to the aftermarket one, didn't you?

My 86 Carrera's turn signals don't click either. That's normal. The only click is from the lever when it returns to the off position. You shouldn't hear anything when the repeater is blinking.

My turn signal click, but are hard to hear with the engine running. Sometimes I forget to turn them off! Lol.

If it is really that important for you to hear them, you can buy turn signal relays that have a louder flasher indicator sound. Will run you around $20 or so...

you never know, my '92 C2 I never once heard a click, my '93 RSA clicks very softly, but it is audible... wouldn't worry about it.

Thanks for the replies, guess ill get a louder relay-save people beeping me when my indicators dont cancel !
My aftermarket boss is a mountney with momo fitment ?? yeah i wanted a momo one but was told its identical.it fits fine but the turn signal cancel actuator is not in the totally correct position (ive read that momo is the same) without drilling and messing around with it .
Thanks again for the replies.
