Cookie cutters on '72 911. Could they be dealer installed option?

The '72 911T I just bought has polished cookie cutters. Part number 911.361.023.10. According to this thread Fuch part numbers needed ASAP they were sold on 911s in '73.

The title says the car was first registered in November of '72. I'm wondering if it's possible that they were originally sold with the car as a dealer installed option? The guy I bought the car from bought it from a friend who owned the car for the last 15 years. They're trying to track down a file with all the records so I may get info there. This is a low option car with a lower VIN number, but it was sold late in the year. I wonder if the "later model" wheels could have been installed to help move a low option car.

No, I believe that 72T's came with either the steel wheels or with Fuchs. The cookie cutters were introduced in the 73 model year.
