Lighting Gremlins

I'm restoring my 83 ROW CAB
Getting near the end.
Hooked the battery up for the fisrt time today.
Alomst everything has been off the car so I expected that I would need to sort some things out.

Here are the first: With the turn signal on (left or right) The correct bumper light blinks on and off, but the euro lights on both right and left fenders blink.

The front side markers (added for US compliance) don't work.

I did install H4's with relays and they work fine along with the "city" light.

Fog lights work properly with the fog switch either twisted a notch or pulled out.

Rear fog never worked, but in this process I fixed up the bulb holder and fixture so At this point it should be somewhere in the wiring. (This is not shown on any wiring diagram that I have so does anyone know the source of power for that light?)
