73T right blinker not working

Help!

I am going crazy trying to figure this out. My right side blinker does not work. The bulbs are good and the fuse is good. When I switch the right blinker on, both blinker indicators flash inside, but nothing outside. I am not getting any power to the fuse, so I traced the wire back to the light switch. No power there, so I went to the blinker switch.

When I switch the right blinker on, I have continuity between the grey and the grey/red wire. But I have no voltage at the grey wire. If I switch my left blinker on, I have voltage at the grey wire. I am confused. The way I am interpreting the wiring diagram, I should have voltage at the grey wire whenever the ignition switch is on, regardless which blinker is switched on.

My first thought was a ground issue at the light housing. But if the driving lights work the ground should be ok, right? Plus when I tried to measure voltage, I used the same ground for the right and left side. The left side was fine, but not the right.

Please help!

Thanks!
BK

other thoughts - corroded fuse bayonet bases; bad gnds ----> that are not so bad that big amps won't flow but are bad for a small amp signal....
