Exhaust Question
Hello All,
This year is the last year for my 86' 911 to pass emissions standards here in Ontario. Once I have that ticket in hand this spring I'd like to modify the exhaust system in order to let the engine breath (exhale) a little easier. I've browsed a number of threads on the BBS regarding pre-exhaust etc, etc. and all that I want to accomplish is the above. What's the easiest way to do this? From what I can gather bypassing the catalytic converter is the answer. Is it that simple? Thanks for your help, Last edited by KatoKato; 01-01-2005 at 04:57 PM.. |

Where are you in Ontario? I go to Port Huron frequently and would be glad to let you sample my exhaust. Euro pre-muffler with a single in Flowmaster type muffler single out.
Let me know. I can also email you a video clip. If you have big money to spend, I think the SSI exchangers and a performance muffler are the way to go. ( I couldn't spend that much last year as I rebuilt my trans.) Hope this helps some, Wayne
