password problem
why do I have to keep changing my password? I can't log on unless I change it and register again. It's been doing that for 2 weeks now. That is everytime I log on. Thanks

More information please - what kind of computer are you using? What kind of browser, do you have cookies set?

Could be a corrupt cookie issue. Delete your cookies and see if that helps.

Send me your password and I'll try from here.

Definitely your computer - no problems here on the site have been reported...

Cookies are tiny files that allows your machine to be remembered from a prior visit to a website. Password and/or log in names can be retained inside them.
No big deal to delete them, but you will have to log in at all the site that may do it automatically now. I delete cookies and temporary internet files a couple times a year. In MS Internet Explorer go to... tools/internet options/delete cookies. |
Thanks for the tip and thanks for telling me where to find it. I wouldn't have any idea where it is. Why do you need to do that twice a year?
