Passed Inspection...good for another year!

Well even with a bad tranny my car passed the inspection, so I am good until Jan 2006. This is important because if it fails I only have 5 days to correct it or they will force me to register it non-operational and put it in the lot...and that makes it a PITA to try to fix anything.

I had taken it to the auto skills center and went over all the suspension and rubber parts (CV boots and steering boots) to make sure they were all in working order and all bolts and fittings were tight. So the car is good with the exception of the bad 915 tranny I have in it. Good news is I will have a replacement on the way within the next few weeks...so I should be able to get her in great shape by spring and ready for summer!

Just wanted to share the news.
