Need advice on slant nose

Hi im new to tis site, I just recently bought a 1974 911 that was converted to a slant nose wide body. It has all steel fenders and was done by a professional shop in cali. I dont know weather to keep it as a slnt nose or chang into a newer c2. the car looks identical to this car but is a hard top, even the same rims. Please give me some advice. thanks

I think the only question you should ask yourself is...Do YOU like the way your car looks? It's you car and you spent ( and will spend more!) your hard earned dollars on it. Make the car what you want it to be. If the C2 is what yanks your chain then go for it. Shop around to see if conversion or buying a C2 is within your budget.

I like it the way it is, but then again I can't be objective:

Ruff1,
I'd keep the car like it is and get another car (C2) instead of changing this one. It's a nice-looking car and I don't usually care for the slant-nose look, but yours is very nice!

Ruff,
I have a 78 with a C2 turbo update and I like it, however I also like the look of the slant. I would keep your car the way it is. Black is a great color. Welcome to the board.

Cool keep it the same

I' m partial to the black slant nose (since the picture of the car is MINE). I get many looks and it has the 80's Miami Vice thing going on. I would suggest getting another C2 (I just got a 03 C4S) for the more "traditional look"

I will chime in also.... keep it like it is. With a lot of poeple it seems like they either love em or hate em, guess which camp I'm in. Welcome to the club.
