Will the Elephant Front Suspension Bushings Fit My '86?

The suspension wizard indicates they do: "911 Suspension Wizard Elephant Racing, Front Poly Bronze Suspension Bushings (set of 4), 912/911/911 Turbo (1968-89), 914/4-6 (1970-76) for factory control arms
ERMP-2051000 "

But when I look up the part number under suspension bushings it indicates they only fit up to 1973: "Elephant Racing, Front PolyBronze Suspension Bushings, Set Of 4, 912/911 (1968-73)
ERMP-2051000"

Hopefully that is just a misprint. Anyone know if they will fit?

if i remember correct they work from 70 to 89. the specials are the short wheel base cars (is 70 the start of the long w/b cars?). chuck will prolly chime in soon, as it is 730 west coast time. check the elephant web site and see if pelicans got the numbers wrong.

Looks like it could be '68 - '89. http://www.elephantracing.com/suspension/bushings/911bushings.htm

That part number fits 68-89.

Pelican's catalog breaks the cars up into 65-73 and 73-89, I think they've created differing descriptions for each section. I'm guessing your part number search brought up the 65-73 description.
