to the one who grind (machine) the starter housing.
Sorry I forgot who it was.
When I posted a question about my starting problem, no sound at all when key twisted. It was the starter problem. After many searches, I replaced the starter with another OEM rebuilt unit around 2 months ago. Now, previous problem is there again, when it's too hot. I checked the ignition key and yellow wire again and again and still think it is the starter problem. Someone posted that he took the starter housing to a machine shop to grind out the inside of the housing to make it bigger/loose. The problem was the housing is too tight/closed to the inside when it's too hot. I am thinking of doing the same, since this is the design flaw. If I take my starter off the car to get another unit, more than 50% chances it'll be the same. My question is if I need to grind the cylinder side only, or also the bottom. Thank you.

Hi Noah,
I did before I posted this call, but couldn't find it. Hopefully he read my question.
